A Nice Walk in the Park

We had a great day out at the park with some of my friends from the neighbothood. Our parents all took us the this awesome trail to walk around. It was a lot of up and down. I was so tired by the end! I slept all afternoon! But it was a lot of fun to got out with everyone: Daisy, Murphy, Lexie, Cecelia, and me. Oh it was so much fun! My foster dad took pictures of us. Earth Hour 2009

Hey Everyone. We celebrated Earth Hour this past weekend. My foster parents turned off all the lights and power then lit candles for an hour. They said it was to show support for the earth and the environment. I didn't quite understand, but I'm sure it's a good thing if they say so.

Anyway, we sat around for an hour relaxing. After watching the light from the candles flicker along the walls for a while, I finally curled up on the couch with my foster mom and sister. Maybe it was the darkness or chasing the candle light on the walls, but I was tired! I passed right out! Before I knew it, the power was back on and my foster parents were watching tv next to me.
